Delete your account

How to request deletion

• Email gokhan@cinemus.ai with the subject “Delete my Cinemus AI account”.
• Send it from the email address you used to sign up, so we can verify that the account is yours.
• We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, sign-in details).
• The photos, text and other content you uploaded, and the results generated from them.
• Usage data linked to you.

What may be kept

• Purchase and invoice records we must keep under tax and accounting law, for the legally required period.
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first; see Support.
